These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Losmagz, a private 1-to-1 paid video chat service operated by [Company Legal Name] (“Losmagz”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility — 18+ only

Losmagz is a strictly adult (18+) service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use any part of the service. By using Losmagz you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may request age or identity verification at any time and suspend accounts pending verification.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not create an account on behalf of anyone else. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The service

Losmagz connects you with other verified members for real-time 1-to-1 video calls and messaging, with live two-way translation. Calls are end-to-end encrypted and are not recorded by us. Availability of any particular person, language, or feature is not guaranteed.

4. Credits, minutes & payment

  • Losmagz uses a prepaid, pay-per-minute model. You purchase credits (measured in minutes) which are consumed as you use paid features such as video calls.
  • Prices, package sizes, and any bonus or reward minutes are shown before purchase and may change over time. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
  • Bonus and reward minutes are promotional, have no cash value, and may expire or be adjusted in line with the rewards program terms.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms in addition to ours.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law or as expressly set out in our Refund & Billing Policy, purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Consumed minutes are never refundable. Please review the Refund & Billing Policy for the limited circumstances in which a refund may be considered.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  • Use the service if you are under 18, or facilitate access by a minor.
  • Record, screenshot, stream, or redistribute any call, image, or conversation.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or abuse any other member or our staff.
  • Post or transmit illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited content.
  • Solicit money, or attempt to move members off-platform for payment or contact.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or interfere with the service.
  • Circumvent billing, security, encryption, or access controls.

7. Content & conduct during calls

You are solely responsible for your own conduct and anything you say or show on the service. Because calls are not recorded, we rely on reports and automated safety signals to enforce our rules. You can report or block another member at any time.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via support. Certain provisions survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee the identity, conduct, or statements of any member and are not responsible for interactions between members.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Losmagz and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
